Annelation of pentafluoropyridine via an intramolecular nucleophilic aromatic substitution process with benzamidine gave an imidazopyridine system in high yield in a two step process whilst alkyl amidines gave 4-aminotetrafluoropyridine by a competing elimination reaction. 4-Phenylsulfonyl tetrafluoropyridine reacts with amidines to give the corresponding imidazo[4,5-b]pyridine systems. In contrast, 4-cyanotetrafluoropyridine gave a [6,6]-fused pyrimidinopyridine system arising from initial nucleophilic substitution at the C-3 position of the pyridine ring followed by intramolecular cyclization onto the pendant cyano group. The systems prepared by this annelation methodology further demonstrate the utility of perfluorinated heterocyclic substrates for the synthesis of heterocyclic scaffolds that possess multiple functionality and have potential applications in the drug discovery arena.  相似文献

Relationships between lattice parameters of manganese dioxides and their surface properties at the solid-aqueous solution interface were investigated. The studied series ranged from ramsdellite to pyrolusite and encompassed disordered MD samples. The structural model used takes into account structural defects: Pr (rate of pyrolusite intergrowth) and Tw (rate of microtwinning). Water adsorption isotherms showed that the cross sectional area of water molecules adsorbed in the first monolayer is positively correlated to Pr. Titration of the surface charge of the MD series evidenced a positive linear relationship between the PZC and Pr (Pr=0, Tw=0, PZC=1 for ramsdellite; Pr=1, Tw=0, PZC=7.3 for pyrolusite; gamma-MD with intermediate values of Pr (0.2 to 0.45) have increasing PZC values). The rate of microtwinning appeared as a secondary factor for the increase of the PZC. The above correlations are explained by the chemical defects at the origin of the structural disorder, respectively Mn(3+)/Mn4+ substitution for Pr and Mn vacancies for Tw, which result in proton affinity and thus in increased PZC. The experimental results are compared with data collected in the literature for manganese dioxides as well as for dioxides of transition elements with tetragonal structure.  相似文献

The synthesis of a series of N,N-dialkyl-6-(substituted phenyl)-1,2,4,5-tetrazin-3-amines (IV) by two routes is described. The first route (Scheme I) involved the oxidative cyclization of formazans (II) to 3-bromo-6-(substituted phenyl)-1,2,4,5-tetrazines (III), followed by treatment with amines. The second (Scheme II) utilized the treatment of 3-(methylthio)-6-(substituted phenyl)-1,2,4,5-tetrazines (VII) with amines to provide the desired products. The intermediate 3-(methylthio)-6-(substituted phenyl)-1,2,4,5-tetrazines (VII) were obtained by thiobenzoylation of hydrazinecarbohydrazonothioic acid methyl ester with [[(substituted phenyl)thioxomethyl]thio]-acetic acids (V) to afford the 1,2-dihydro-3-(methylthio)-6-(substituted phenyl)-1,2,4,5-tetrazines (VI). Oxidation with bromine in acetic acid provided the desired intermediates. The target 6-(substituted phenyl)-1,2,4,5-tetrazin-3-amines (IV) displayed modest antimalarial activity.  相似文献

The reactivity of the [alpha-SiW(11)O(39)](8-) monovacant polyoxometalate with lanthanide has been investigated for four different trivalent rare-earth cations (Ln = Nd(III), Eu(III), Gd(III), Yb(III)). The crystal structures of KCs(4)[Yb(alpha-SiW(11)O(39))(H(2)O)(2)] x 24H(2)O (1), K(0.5)Nd(0.5)[Nd(2)(alpha-SiW(11)O(39))(H(2)O)(11)] x 17H(2)O (2a), and Na(0.5)Cs(4.5)[Eu(alpha-SiW(11)O(39))(H(2)O)(2)] x 23H(2)O (3a) are reported. The solid-state structure of compound 1 consists of linear wires built up of [alpha-SiW(11)O(39)](8-) anions connected by Yb(3+) cations, while the linkage of the building blocks by Eu(3+) centers in 3a leads to the formation of zigzag chains. In 2a, dimeric [Nd(2)(alpha-SiW(11)O(39))(2)(H(2)O)(8)](10-) entities are linked by four Nd(3+) cations. The resulting chains are connected by lanthanide ions, leading to a bidimensional arrangement. Thus, the dimensionality, the organization of the polyoxometalate building units, and the Ln/[alpha-SiW(11)O(39)](8-) ratio in the solid state can be tuned by choosing the appropriate lanthanide. The luminescent properties of compound 3a have been studied, showing that, in solution, the polymer decomposes to give the monomeric complex [Eu(alpha-SiW(11)O(39))(H(2)O)(4)](5-). The lability of the four exogenous ligands connected to the rare earth must allow the functionalization of this lanthanide polyanion.  相似文献

Two of the 12 possible oxide-bridged phenylmorphans, were synthesized, rac-(3R,6aS,11aS)-2-methyl-1,3,4,5,6,11a-hexahydro-2H-3,6a-methanobenzofuro[2,3-c]azocine-10-ol (7) (the ortho-c compound), and rac-(3R,6aS,11aS)-2-methyl-1,3,4,5,6,11a-hexahydro-2H-3,6a-methanobenzofuro[2,3-c]azocine-8-ol (8) (the para-c compound). Single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies indicated that the dihedral angle between the least squares planes through the phenyl ring and the atoms C1, C11a, C12, and C3 in the piperidine ring in both 7·CHCl3 and 8·HBr was 6.9°. The C12-C6a-C6b-C10a torsion angle was found to be 139.3° for both compounds. The angular relationship between the phenolic ring and the piperidine ring in phenylmorphans that interact with specific opioid receptors as agonists or antagonists is of considerable theoretical interest.  相似文献

From the reactions between diarylzinc compounds (Ar2Zn) and the alcohol (Pr(i)2CHOH) in toluene, the compounds [ArZn(OCHPr(i)2)]2 (Ar = C6H5, C6F5, p-CF3C6H4, and 2,4,6-Me3C6H2) have been isolated and shown to exist in equilibra with the trinuclear complexes Ar2Zn3(OCHPr(i)2)4 and Ar2Zn when Ar = C6H5, C6F5, and p-CF3C6H4. The trinuclear complexes have also been prepared from reactions of the Ar2Zn compounds with the alcohol, which reveals that the ease of Zn-C(aryl) bond cleavage is sensitive to the nature of the Ar group: C6H5 > 4-CF3C6H4 > C6F5. The molecular structures of Ar2Zn3(OCHPr(i)2)4 where Ar = p-CF3C6H4 and C6F5 and [ArZn(OCHPr(i)2)]2 where Ar = C6F5, p-CF3C6H4, and 2,4,6-Me3C6H2 are reported based on single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies. The X-ray structure of Zn(p-CF3C6H4)2 is also reported. The reactivity of these new compounds toward the polymerization of propylene oxide (PO) and the copolymerization of PO and CO2 have been investigated along with related reactions involving the partial hydrolysis of the Ar2Zn and R2Zn compounds, where R = t-Bu, n-Bu, and n-Oct. These results are compared with the previous studies employing Et2Zn as an organozinc precursor.  相似文献

Three different electroanalytical techniques for the detection of manganese in marine sediments are evaluated. The anodic stripping voltammetry of manganese at an in situ bismuth-film-modified boron-doped diamond electrode and cathodic stripping voltammetry at a carbon paste electrode are shown to lack the required sensitivity and reproducibility whereas cathodic stripping voltammetry at a bare boron-doped diamond electrode is shown to be reliable and selective with a limit of detection, from applying a 60 s accumulation period of 7.4 × 10−7 M and a sensitivity of 0.24 A M−1. The method was used to evaluate the manganese content of marine sediments taken from Šibenik, Croatia.  相似文献

Glycosylation is the most widespread protein modification and is known to modulate signal transduction and several biologically important interactions. In order to understand and evaluate the biological role of glycosylation it is important to identify the glycosylated protein and localize the site glycosylation under particular biological conditions. To identify glycosylated peptides from simple mixtures, i.e., in-gel digests from single SDS PAGE bands we performed high resolution, high accuracy precursor ion scanning using a quadrupole TOF instrument equipped with the Q(2) pulsing function. The high resolving power of the quadrupole TOF instrument results in the selective detection of glycan specific fragment ions minimizing the interference of peptide derived fragment ions with the same nominal mass. Precursor ion scanning has been previously described for these glycan derived ions. However the use of this method has been limited by the low specificity of the method. The analysis using precursor ion scanning can be applied to any peptide mixture from a protein digest without having previous knowledge of the glycosylation of the protein. In addition to the low femtomole (nanomolar) detection limits, this method has the advantage that no prior derivatization or enzymatic treatment of the peptide mixtures is required.  相似文献
